Description of Archive Services:

The archives has both hardcopy and CAD drawings for many of the Bay Area and U.S. field offices and campuses.

The archives provide the following services:

• Document Searches: Perform reference searches for hardcopy and CAD drawings of Sun properties
• Access to Collection: Arrange for visitors to search archived documents in person
• Short Term Loan: Provide short-term loans of hardcopies
• Electronic File Copy: Produce CD of selected CAD drawings
• Electronic File Transfer: Send electronic files via e-mail to requester
• Hardcopy Print: Provide printed copy of archived document or CAD drawing
• Archive Documents: Archive hardcopy and CAD drawings from all Sun contractors

• Required Completion Date
• Purpose of request
• Type of plans required (e.g. Site, Construction, As-built, etc.)
• Disciplines required (e.g. Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
