Our design staff provides a variety of services from traditional design projects to development of corporate design standards and augmentation of the owner’s project management team. Typical assignments include:

• Space planning for corporate offices
• Full-service programming, design, and construction administration services for project ranging from large buildings to small modification and interior reconfiguration and furniture projects
• Development of corporate standards programs which optimize the use of space, minimize initial and long term costs, and maximize flexibility in the use of facilities

Although design is our most traditional service, our approach is to maximize the contribution of design to the core business objectives of the customer. Examples include developing flexible designs which allow customers to move people frequently or even operate as “hotelling” or drop-in facilities without extensively modifying the facilities.
